1. Information You Directly Provide
This information is collected when you register, create a profile, post a service listing, or submit a booking request.

- Purpose: Service matching, Booking fulfillment
- Providers
- Information Collected: Phone number, Business/Service category details, Professional photos/description, Subscription and billing information (processed securely by our payment processor)
- Purpose: Listing services, Managing subscriptions, Service provision
2. Transaction and Communication Data
- Booking Records: Details of service requests, acceptances, rejections, and cancellations.
- Communications: Messages exchanged between Customers and Providers via the Platform, and communications with our support team (support@servicly.me).
- Reviews and Ratings: Any feedback, reviews, or ratings you submit regarding Services or Providers.
3. Automatically Collected Data
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile carrier.
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, search queries, referral sources.
- Location Data: General location derived from your IP address or, if enabled by you, precise location data from your mobile device to improve local service matching.
II. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to access or store information. Specific uses include:
- Essential Functionality: To keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
- Analytics: To track and analyze Platform usage (e.g., using Google Analytics) to improve our service offerings.

- Account Management: To create, manage, and maintain your account and profiles (both Customer and Provider).
- Verification and Safety: To verify user identity (email and phone verification required for all users), and to conduct safety checks to maintain platform integrity.
- Billing and Subscriptions: To process subscription fees from Providers using third-party payment processors.
- Platform Improvement: To analyze usage trends, understand user preferences, and enhance the performance, layout, and features of the Platform.
- Communication: To send service updates, security alerts, booking notifications, and promotional communications (you may opt out of marketing emails at any time).
- Dispute Resolution: To mediate or resolve disputes between Users as outlined in the Terms of Service. Dispute-related data is retained for 24 months after resolution.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
IV. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We share your information in the following situations:
1. With Other Users (For Service Fulfillment)
- Provider to Customer: When a Provider accepts a booking, they receive the Customer's name, contact details (phone and/or email), and location details necessary to perform the Service.
- Customer to Provider: When a Customer submits a request, the Provider receives the Customer's profile name, general location, and request details to evaluate and fulfill the booking.
2. With Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf:
- Payment Processors (Stripe): We use Stripe to handle Provider subscription payments. We do not directly store or have access to your full payment card information; this data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and maintains robust security standards.
- Analytics Providers (Google Analytics): To monitor and analyze Platform usage and improve our services. Data shared is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud Hosting Providers: We use secure cloud infrastructure (such as AWS or similar services) for data storage and platform hosting. Your data may be stored on servers located outside Lebanon but is protected by industry-standard security measures and encryption.
- Communication Services: For sending emails, SMS notifications, and in-app messaging related to your bookings and account.
3. Legal Requirements and Business Transfers
- We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of Servicly, or ensure the safety of our Users or the public.
- In the event of a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our Platform before your information is transferred.
V. Geographic Scope and Cross-Border Data Transfers
Servicly operates primarily within the Republic of Lebanon. Our Platform is provided from Lebanon and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
Cross-Border Transfers: While we operate in Lebanon, we use cloud hosting and third-party services that may store or process data on servers located outside Lebanon (including in the European Union and United States). When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Using service providers with strong data protection practices
- Implementing encryption and security measures during data transfer
- Contractual commitments to protect your data according to international standards
VI. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information, including:

- Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Closed Account Data: Most personal data deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes
- Dispute Records: Retained for 24 months after dispute resolution
- Legal Obligations: Some data retained longer when required by law
- Anonymized Data: Usage statistics and analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form
After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information so it can no longer be associated with you.
VIII. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (like Provider external pages, payment processor portals, or social media). This Privacy Policy does not cover any third-party websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
